Delivery

Digital products purchased from Health For The People Ltd are delivered immediately via download link or email. Please check SPAM or bulk mail folders should emails not reach your Inbox within 60min of your order being placed.

Physical products are shipped either within 24 hours or on the next working day of order. If your order has not been received within 14-days please contact our customer care line 0800 310 21 21 or email dave@davehompes.com

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Customers who have purchased any Health For The People product have the right to return the product and receive a full refund for the full purchase amount, minus any shipping and handling, by submitting timely notice and obtaining an RMA number within the first 30 days from the original purchase date. The original purchase date is the date that a customer agreed to purchase their product within the Health For The People shopping cart.

To submit a refund request within the first 30 days of purchase, the customer can use dave@davehompes.com and submit their refund request. Please include your Account or OrderID Number, Full Name, Email Address, Billing Address, and Phone Number in your refund request. You will receive RMA # as confirmation that your refund request is approved. As a condition for receiving a refund, you must first return physical products to the address provided in an undamaged, resalable condition. After RMA issuance and upon receipt of the returned physical product, the purchase amount, minus shipping & handling, will be refunded. For Digital Only products, once your request is received, and it falls within the 30 day window, we will refund your purchase immediately. Once a refund has been issued, access to that product will be suspended. Customers may also call Health For The People’s customer support line at 0800 310 21 21 and cancel their subscription by speaking to a live operator.

Refund requests after 30 days from the purchase date will not be processed. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Destroy ALL Copies

After a Refund is issued, the user must destroy all digital or physically printed copies of any material that they have requested a refund for. This includes but is not limited to, all files on their hard drive, as email attachments, online storage, thumb drives, cell phones, printed copies, etc.

Definition: A "Refund" is given upon request within the 30 days of your original purchase date. This 30 day period is considered a trial period. If you request a "Refund" during that trial period, your access to that product will be revoked. After the 30 day window has passed, for monthly subscription products, you may "Cancel" and cease receiving FUTURE subscriptions. No refund will be given for that month's issue once a billing event has occurred. You may only "Cancel" future issues. Once you have received an issue, if you cancel the next month’s issue, you will still retain access to the months issue that you paid for.
